Terms of Service

• Give accurate information and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• The company owner controls the workspace: who joins, their roles (owner, dispatcher or driver) and who is removed.
• Tell us right away if you think someone else has used your account.

Your loads, customers, documents and other records belong to your company. You give us permission to store and process them only to run FleetDecker for you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the right to upload what you add, and for telling your drivers that their location is shared while the driver app is open.

Do not:

• Use FleetDecker for anything illegal, or to track anyone without their knowledge and consent.
• Try to access another company's information, or get around security or access limits.
• Overload, copy, resell or reverse-engineer the service.
• Upload harmful files or content you don't have the right to share.

If you connect an ELD (for example Samsara, Motive, or another ELD through TruckerCloud), that provider's own terms also apply. We are not responsible for outages, delays or wrong data coming from those services.

• Hours of service: HOS clocks are shown exactly as reported by your ELD. Drivers and carriers remain fully responsible for following hours-of-service and all other safety rules.
• Maps and routes: truck positions can be delayed, and route lines are estimates, not turn-by-turn navigation. Drivers must follow road signs and truck restrictions.
• Rate confirmation reader: automatically read details can be wrong. Always check them before creating a load.
• Payments and pay: payment estimates, quick pay and factoring comparisons, and driver pay amounts are calculations to help you plan, not financial, tax or legal advice.

If FleetDecker charges for a plan, the price and billing terms will be shown before you are charged. We will give account owners notice before changing prices.

You can stop using FleetDecker at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put other users at risk. After an account closes, we may delete its records as described in the Privacy Policy, so export anything you need first.

We work to keep FleetDecker available and accurate, but it is provided "as is" without guarantees that it will always be available, error-free or fit a particular purpose. To the extent the law allows, FleetDecker is not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost loads, lost revenue, fines or late fees, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

We may update these terms. If changes are important, we will update this page and let account owners know. Continuing to use FleetDecker means you accept the updated terms.
